Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Your Collection Sports, we strive to provide accurate listings and quality sports collectibles to our customers. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before placing an order.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Your Collection Sports does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed.

We encourage customers to carefully review all item descriptions, photographs, prices, and other listing information before completing a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of the original purchase.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled and will be considered final.

To request a cancellation, please contact Your Collection Sports as soon as possible and provide your order number and the name associated with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an item that is materially different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly with your order information and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and determine whether an exception to this policy is appropriate. Refunds will not be granted unless the product has been returned back to seller.
