At Your Collection Sports, we are committed to carefully packaging and shipping your sports cards and collectibles so they arrive safely and in the condition described at the time of purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Methods

Your Collection Sports ships orders using reputable shipping carriers and services selected based on the size, weight, value, and destination of the order.

Seller will take all deemed necessary preventive measures to ensure that Your Collection purchase arrives safely. 

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please understand that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order. Your Collection Sports is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, Your Collection Sports is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If a package appears to have been lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier and Your Collection Sports as soon as possible. We will work with the customer and carrier to address the situation when possible.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select orders. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

International delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the applicable shipping method, destination, package size, weight, and other relevant factors. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
